ms moose

sunday night john was outside at the bbq and casually mentioned that there was a moose behind the trailer.  well, i did not casually grag my camera and tear out the door and down the steps.

she wasn't right behind the trailer, but close enough.  i made sure she knew i was in the area and then proceeded to get as close as i could without getting her upset.

i am guessing this is a she. 
the boys are sprouting furry antlers now

i am also guessing she is a young woman moose as there is not a baby following around behind her.

she does have a bit of a baby bump though
so maybe we will be lucky enough to see a little moosette soon.

i think she is the same one that has been hanging around the campground for the last month
i am trying to think of a name for her.
any ideas?

baby bump or just a fat tummy?

one of our fellow campers has planted a small garden in his space.  ms moose was checking out if she wants to eat any of his veggies
